Privacy Policy
Roll Model Project ("RMP," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through our sponsorship application, gym partnership inquiry, and contact forms — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, city, and details you choose to share about a young athlete.
2. How we use it
Information is used only to review sponsorships, coordinate placements with partner gyms, respond to inquiries, and send program updates. We do not sell personal information.
3. Service providers
To operate this website, we use third-party service providers to deliver emails, process donations, and host our data (currently including Resend, PayPal, and Supabase). These providers process information only as necessary to perform these functions and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.
4. Information about minors
Details about a young athlete are submitted by a parent or guardian, not by the minor directly. This information is shared only with the partner academy handling that placement and is not used for any other purpose.
5. Data retention
We retain submitted information only as long as needed to evaluate an application, maintain an active sponsorship, or respond to your inquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. California privacy rights
California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information under state law. To make a request, contact us at info@rollmodelproject.org.
7. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or request that we delete your submitted information, by emailing info@rollmodelproject.org.
