Terms of Use
Roll Model Project ("RMP," "we," "us") is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 39-2107815, operating in San Diego County. By using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Donations
Donations made through this website are voluntary contributions to RMP's tax-exempt mission. Except where required by law, donations are non-refundable. RMP directs donated funds toward tuition, gear, and competition fees for sponsored youth athletes at partner academies. RMP does not guarantee that any specific donation will be applied to a particular student, gym, or program unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
2. Sponsorship applications
Submitting a sponsorship application does not guarantee that a sponsorship will be offered. Sponsorship decisions depend on available funding, partner gym capacity, and other factors within RMP's sole discretion. RMP reserves the right to approve, deny, or discontinue a sponsorship at any time.
3. Relationship with partner gyms
RMP is not the operator of any partner academy. Training, instruction, facility use, and safety practices at partner gyms are governed entirely by that gym's own waivers, rules, and policies. RMP is not responsible or liable for injuries, incidents, or disputes arising from training or activities at a partner facility. Individuals training at a partner gym do so under that gym's own terms and liability waivers, which they should read and sign directly with the gym.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMP, its directors, officers, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, participation in RMP-sponsored programs, or training at a partner facility.
5. Website use
Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. RMP makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not guarantee completeness or that the site will be free of errors or interruptions.
6. Changes to these terms
RMP may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
